Ladies Festivals
For Ladies Festivals, on the night Eugene will take full control and host the evening as your Toastmaster in full regalia.
This starts with meeting and greeting lodge members and guests. Having escorted the President and his Lady in, he will make all the announcements, wine takings, introductions and Toasts. This is done with lots of fun and laughter along the way. |
Weddings
I will advise you on protocol, and traditions. Make recommendations and discuss timings for the smooth running of your big day.
Toastmaster's add a touch of class and style, as well as pomp and ceremony. I always make both Bride and Groom the stars of the day. You have spent hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on your wedding day and should be able to enjoy it with your family and friends. To ensure it's a great day you have engaged the services of a venue, wedding car, photographer, videographer, entertainers, a disco and possible much more Toastmasters are the backbone for all events. making sure everyone involved (venue and staff) are briefed and understands what is happening, when it is happening and how it will happen. All event staff turn to HIM as the official organiser and timekeeper. |

Asian Weddings
Eugene & Sheila Matthias have been Toastmasters at Asian wedding for over 15 years. They are fully understanding of all faiths, traditions, protocols and cultural differences in Sikh, Hindu Punjabi, Hindu Gujarati Muslim and Turkish weddings. They will help you produce your itinerary, then look after and guide you smoothly through your wedding day making sure everything happens...........they are fully understanding of Asian Timings!! On the day they will: 1- Meet and greet (with magic if wanted) families on arrival. 2- Bring families together for the Milni (garland exchange). 3- Support the Priest - Imam - Pundit in controlling the ceremony. 4- For the reception they will control whole event including the photographs. 5- Bring families together for the money gate. 6- Host the Cutting of the cake - Speeches - Photos - Games. 7- Ring exchange & Milk ceremony. |
